			<title>AS II Procedures</title>
			<description>American Studies II&amp;nbsp; 2008-2009&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;Mr. Burden, Rm. 211&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;COURSE DESCRIPTION&lt;BR&gt;This course is a study of American History from 1898 to the present.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;GOALS&lt;BR&gt;Through a variety of methods, students will apply a basic understanding of American History to meet the State Learning Results standards.&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;CLASSROOM PROCEDURES&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; A notebook for note taking is required.&amp;nbsp; It could be part of a three-ringed binder with pockets and white lined paper&amp;nbsp; (or bring a separate folder)&lt;BR&gt;&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp;Students must be on time for class and ready to begin.&lt;BR&gt;&amp;nbsp; Readiness includes bringing your text, notebook, writing tools and colored pencils.&amp;nbsp; Plan to be in class and stay in class.
